中國(guó)西南地區(qū)蘑菇目(擔(dān)子菌門)一新種:云南葫蘆擔(dān)革菌

西南林業(yè)大學(xué)林學(xué)近日,西南林業(yè)大學(xué)研究團(tuán)隊(duì)在《菌物學(xué)報(bào)》發(fā)表論文,報(bào)道了中國(guó)西南地區(qū)蘑菇目(擔(dān)子菌門)一新種——云南葫蘆擔(dān)革菌 Sicyoideibasidia yunnanensis。該研究通過(guò)形態(tài)學(xué)與多基因系統(tǒng)發(fā)育分析相結(jié)合的方法,明確了該新種的分類地位,進(jìn)一步豐富了我國(guó)熱帶、亞熱帶地區(qū)木生真菌的多樣性認(rèn)知。
本研究于2017年至2019年間在云南省普洱市與文山市采集到生于枯竹上的真菌標(biāo)本。研究團(tuán)隊(duì)通過(guò)宏觀形態(tài)觀察、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)檢視,并結(jié)合ITS、nLSU和tef1 這3個(gè)基因片段的測(cè)序與序列分析,對(duì)該類群進(jìn)行了綜合鑒定。
系統(tǒng)發(fā)育分析顯示,該新種與已知的竹生葫蘆擔(dān)革菌(S. bambusicola)和點(diǎn)狀葫蘆擔(dān)革菌(S. punctata)聚為一支,支持其歸屬于葫蘆擔(dān)革菌屬(Sicyoideibasidia)。然而,其在形態(tài)上具有明顯區(qū)分特征:云南葫蘆擔(dān)革菌的擔(dān)子果平伏,新鮮時(shí)子實(shí)層表面呈奶油色,干燥后變?yōu)闇\黃色;菌絲系統(tǒng)為一體系,生殖菌絲具簡(jiǎn)單分隔;擔(dān)孢子為橢圓形,尺寸為(12.1–)12.8–16.3(–16.5)×(5.9–)6.8–10.1(–11.4)μm。

與此相比,S. bambusicola 的生殖菌絲具鎖狀聯(lián)合,擔(dān)孢子更小;S. punctata 同樣具鎖狀聯(lián)合,且擔(dān)孢子為圓柱形、壁較厚。這些形態(tài)差異與分子數(shù)據(jù)共同支持云南葫蘆擔(dān)革菌為一獨(dú)立新種。

Diagnosis. Sicyoideibasidia yunnanensis is characterized by the coriaceous basidiomata with first cream and then turning buff to slightly yellowish hymenial surface, a hyphal system monomitic with generative hyphae bearing simple septa, and ellipsoid basidiospores.
Etymology. Yunnanensis (Lat.): referring to the locality (Yunnan Province) of the type specimen.
Holotype. China, Yunnan Province, Wenshan, Pingba Town, Xiaojie Town, GPS coordinates: 23°26′N, 104°02′E, altitude 2 250 m asl., on the dead bamboo, leg. C.L. Zhao, 26 July 2019, CLZhao 16450 (SWFC).
該研究不僅描述了一個(gè)真菌新物種,也體現(xiàn)了整合形態(tài)特征與多基因序列數(shù)據(jù)在現(xiàn)代真菌分類學(xué)中的重要性。云南葫蘆擔(dān)革菌的發(fā)現(xiàn),為我國(guó)西南地區(qū)真菌資源調(diào)查與物種編目提供了新的資料,亦進(jìn)一步揭示了該地區(qū)森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中木生真菌的獨(dú)特性與多樣性。
